Our Stress Free Process ! 

  1. Submit Application Form

    • Complete the puppy application form to begin the reservation process.
    • Along with the form, a $250 non-refundable deposit is required.

    Important:

    • The $250 deposit is refundable only if we cannot provide a puppy within one year or if your application is denied.

  2. Confirmation of Submission

    • After you submit the application and deposit, you will receive confirmation of your submission.
    • You will also be informed of your place in line for the litter you selected.

  3. Phone Call for Follow-Up

    • Within 24 hours of submitting the application, we will contact you by phone to discuss any questions or details about the application.
    • We will also guide you through the next steps in the process.

  4. Updates on Pregnancy Progress

    • Once everything is set, we will provide email or text updates regarding the progress of the mom's pregnancy.
    • These updates will include information about how the pregnancy is progressing, the due date, and when the puppies are expected.

  5. Puppy Birth and Additional Deposit

    • Once the puppies are born, a $300 deposit is required to officially reserve your selected puppy.
    • This deposit will go toward the total purchase price of the puppy.

  6. Meet and Greet at 4-5 Weeks

    • When the puppies are 4-5 weeks old, a meet and greet will be scheduled to help you pick your puppy.
    • During this meet and greet, you will need to provide an additional $300 deposit (this deposit goes toward the total balance).

  7. Balance Payment at 8 Weeks

    • Total balance is due when the puppy turns 8 weeks old.
    • At this time, you’ll need to finalize the payment for your puppy.

  8. Boarding Fee (If Applicable)

    • If you are unable to pick up your puppy by the time it reaches 8 weeks old, a $180 weekly boarding fee will be charged for each week after 8 weeks.

  1. $250 Application Deposit (Refundable under certain conditions)
  2. $300 Reservation Deposit (Due after puppy is born)
  3. $300 Meet and Greet Deposit (Due when selecting your puppy)
  4. Balance Due at 8 Weeks Old
  5. $180 Weekly Boarding Fee (If unable to pick up at 8 weeks old)
